We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Senior Audit Assurance Manager to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company, where you will play a critical role in managing audits and providing assurance services to our clients.
You will work closely with our leadership team and clients, providing valuable services that can impact their business.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Senior Audit Assurance Manager, you will:
1.
Lead and manage audit engagements to ensure they are delivered on time and on budget.
2.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business and provide tailored assurance services.
3.
Provide technical expertise in audit assurance and public accounting, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
4.
Oversee the work of audit teams, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to junior staff.
5.
Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies for improving our audit and assurance services.
6.
Proactively identify risks and issues, providing innovative solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
7.
Stay current with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure our services remain up-to-date and competitive.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1.
A minimum of 3
years of experience in a senior audit role within a public accounting firm.
2.
Big 4 experience is highly desirable.
3.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
4.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor teams.
5.
Strong client services skills, with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
6.
In-depth knowledge of audit assurance, with the ability to provide technical expertise and guidance.
7.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
8.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
9.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
10.
Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.
11.
Proficiency in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
