Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot the technology systems in a manufacturing and office environment.
Maintain and improve the technical systems to ensure all employees have the technology needed to complete their job duties.
Oversee the security of the company's information systems and ensure industry best practices are followed.
Provide technical support to employees and administrate the company ERP system.
Function as the point of contact for any IT inquiries and regularly communicate the status of the IT department to leadership.
Maintain the Information Systems Infrastructure Manage all company computers, servers, virtual machines and cloud deployments.
Ensure employees have access to any data and/or systems needed to complete their job duties.
Upgrade, install and configure application software and computer hardware.
Provide technical support to employees.
Create and manage system permissions and user accounts.
Maintain networks and network file systems.
Cybersecurity Stay up to date and follow industry best practices for securing the network infrastructure.
Administrate security systems including firewalls, SIEM, EDR, DNS filtering.
Routinely perform assessments for vulnerabilities in the network infrastructure.
Establish network security standards and deploy processes to maintain them.
Provide training to employees regarding cybersecurity.
Epicor ERP Administrator Maintain the company Epicor tenant and ensure it is running efficiently and accessible to all employees who need access per their job duties.
Implement customizations as fit for business processes and scaling.
Provide technical support and training to employees using Epicor.
Keep track of Epicor updates and submit support tickets to Epicor as needed.
Epicor data entry and queries.
Develop Epicor dashboards.
IOT Management Ensure all manufacturing machines which need network access are operating properly so that all manufacturing operations can be completed.
Evaluate the security of IOT devices and segregate the network appropriately.
Update and maintain the firmware of IOT devices.
IT Communications Communicate the status of the IT infrastructure with leadership and express any concerns or needs.
Provide insight and ideas into ways of improving the technology use at LPI.
Act as the point of contact with any 3rd party IT and software vendors.
Document important IT information.
Author, maintain and update IT policies and procedures.
Web Administrator Maintain the company domains, SSL certificates, and web hosting.
Admin of the company website.
Update website content as requested.
Maintain and update company web forms.
Education/
Experience:
3-5 years of experience preferred.
Significant work experience in the configuration and or customization of ERP systems.
Administration of Windows 10
workstations and Windows 2012
Servers, Epicor preferred.
A college degree in a related field (Information Technology / Computer Science / Technical Engineer) is a plus.
Language Skills:
Will be required to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos, to write correspondence, memos, and schedule; to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients, and fellow staff.
Mathematical Skills:
Basic math skills required.
Reasoning Ability:
Problem-solving, reasoning, and thinking out of the box will be a constant.

Physically able to conduct inspections and carry equipment used for inspections.
