Must have the following classes to apply for a core position:

Child, Growth, and Development 2.
A curriculum class in Early Childhood Education 3.
Child, Family, and Community or Home, School, and Community 4.
Infant and Toddler development or curriculum If you have completed 3 of the above classes and are enrolled for the last class or willing to take the last class, please apply and we can review employment options.
If you have two completed classes and are enrolled for the last two, or willing to enroll for the last two, reach out for a sub position until your classes are completed.
We are flexible in helping you gain experience as long as you are working towards full qualifications.
- A degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting - Knowledge of child welfare guidelines and best practices for early childhood education - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues - Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a positive learning environment for young children - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of individual students - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) - Ability to pass a background check Duties:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities - Teach basic academic skills such as math, language, and science through interactive and engaging methods - Incorporate physical education into daily routines to promote gross motor skills development - Provide individualized attention and support to children who may require additional assistance or tutoring - Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and progress of each child - Maintain a clean and organized classroom environmen Note:
